2. Purpose and scope

These terms govern the use of the website savelis.es and the services offered through it, in particular:

  • Information about facial (Kobido massage) and body (LPG Cellu M6) treatments.
  • Appointment booking and inquiries through the contact form.
  • Any other service that may be added to the website in the future.

Access and use of the website attributes the condition of user and implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. Services offered

Savelis by Sylwia offers the following aesthetics and wellness services:

  • Kobido facial massage — millennial Japanese natural face lifting technique.
  • LPG Cellu M6 endermologie — body treatment for cellulite, body shaping and lymphatic drainage.
  • Anti-aging facial and body rejuvenation treatments.
  • Personalised consultation for treatment plan design.

Prices, session duration and specific conditions for each service are provided at the studio during the initial consultation or via email / WhatsApp after the appointment request.

4. Appointment booking

Appointments can be booked through the contact form on this website, by email (hola@savelis.es) or via WhatsApp.

The booking is not confirmed until Savelis by Sylwia sends explicit confirmation to the client. Savelis by Sylwia reserves the right to cancel or modify appointments for justified reasons (illness, force majeure, emergency), offering the client reasonable alternatives.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

  • Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice: no charge.
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: Savelis by Sylwia reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the service fee for organisational costs.
  • No-show (not showing up without notice): the full price of the reserved service will be charged.
  • Refund due to dissatisfaction: studied case by case. The client may request service revision or partial refund.

6. User obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Provide truthful data in the contact form.
  • Not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or bad faith activities.
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the site or its systems.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of the site content.

7. Limitation of liability

Savelis by Sylwia does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the website, nor is it liable for:
